FINANCE and OPERATIONS MANAGER
£40 + BENEFITS

An opportunity has arisen with this reputable and prolific Executive Search firm for an experienced and confident Finance and Operations Manager to take on a varied role reporting directly to the CEO. The Finance and Operations Manager is core to the success of the firm and vital to the Group's performance and ability to service clients. The appointed candidate will work in a demanding, deadline driven, professional services-type environment.
The Finance and Operations Manager operates as a hub for all financial matters across the Group and may act as a go-to person in financial matters, in lieu of the CEO, functioning as a sounding board for colleagues and a trusted advisor for the CEO. The successful candidate will have a sense of purpose, enjoying the freedom to contribute to the wider running of the business.
Key duties will include:
• Preparation of annual budgets, projections and forecasts
• Accounts payable and receivables Raising finance and purchase of capital equipment
• Act as first point of financial contact for the Group, clients and colleagues
• Negotiations with suppliers and contract management
• Supervision of contractors such as maintenance and machine management
Additional knowledge of / experience in the executive search sector is essential.
